The largest single cost for surgery is theatre time. A whole team is needed to ensure that your surgery is as safe and effective as possible. It can cost £1000 per hour for the theatre time alone, so it's easy to see how the costs can mount.

Prices are split between the full microsurgical procedure and the microscope assisted.

We have negotiated with local hospitals to try to keep the price as low as possible. All prices are fully inclusive.

Payment can be by credit card, cheque or cash. Interest free loans are also available from the Nuffield Hospital to cover the cost of surgery.

Local primary care trusts will very occasionally pay for the surgery in cases of extenuating circumstances and I am happy to operate on these patients on an NHS basis.
